Cape Town – The Crusaders held off a stern challenge from the Hurricanes before winning their Super Rugby semi-final in Christchurch on Saturday.

As it happened: Crusaders v Hurricanes

The Crusaders won 30-26, after leading 13-7 at half-time.

The ‘Canes outscored their hosts by four tries to three, but it was the boot of Crusaders flyhalf Richie Mo’unga that proved the difference.

The Crusaders will now host Argentina’s Jaguares in the final next weekend.

The Jaguares thumped the Brumbies 39-7 in the other semi-final in Buenos Aires.
